Entry or transit Visa for drivers carrying cargo |

This visa
will be issued for foreign drivers carrying cargo to Iran or other countries.
For these cases, it is necessary to coordinate in advance with the Diplomatic
Missions of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Required
documents: 1- Two completed [visa] application form (4 pages). (The application form must be typed. Hand written forms will not be accepted).
2- The
applicant’s passport; which must be valid for at least 6 months, with a minimum
of two blank pages.
3- Copy of
Passport (ID-page).

Possession of visa for the third country for drivers who carry cargo to

current photographs in passport format (3 x 4) 6- The original payment receipt for visa fee (SEK. 570), paid into Account nr. 39511046292 in Nordea. (IBAN nr.: SE 86 3000 0000 0395 1104 6292 and SWIFT code: NDEASESS) (Visa processing fee is non-refundable for swedish citizens)

Return envelop with address and adequate prepaid postage to cover cost of
registered mail.
