This visa
will be issued for foreign nationals who intend to work in Iran. The Iranian
host must obtain the work permit in advance from the concerned authorities.
Required
documents: 1- Two completed [visa] application form. (The application form must be typed. Hand written forms will not be accepted).
2- The
applicant’s passport; which must be valid for at least 6 months, with a minimum
of two blank pages.
3- Copy of
Passport (ID-page).
4- Two current
photographs in passport format (3 x 4) 5- The original payment receipt for [Multiple visa] or [Entry visa] fee, paid into Account nr. 39511046292 in Nordea. (IBAN nr.: SE 86 3000 0000 0395 1104 6292 and SWIFT code: NDEASESS) (Visa processing fee is non-refundable for swedish citizens)
6- Return
envelop with address and adequate prepaid postage to cover cost of registered
mail.
